A non-refundable booking deposit of $50.00 is required to secure and confirm any scheduled Last-Mile installation or technical service. This deposit ensures your time slot is dedicated exclusively to your project and covers our initial administrative and routing costs.

To maintain an efficient schedule for all our clients, we enforce the following notice periods:

• Cancellations: We require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to your scheduled job start time.
• Rescheduling: We require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice to move your appointment to a different date or time.

• Late Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or attempt to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the full $50.00 booking deposit will be forfeited.
• No-Show: A No-Show is officially declared if the client is not present or reachable 45 minutes after the scheduled job start time. Upon declaration, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book future services.

If you provide more than 48 hours' notice for a reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new date, provided the new appointment is booked within thirty (30) days of the original date.

Our technicians' health and safety are paramount, especially when performing high-vantage ladder work. The Technician reserves the absolute right to cease work and leave the premises if:

• Environment/Behavior: Their personal safety or well-being is compromised or threatened by the environment or the behavior of individuals on-site.
• Animal Safety: Pets are not properly secured as per our safety protocols.
• Weather Risks: High winds, lightning, or extreme precipitation make high-reach installations (e.g., Starlink or Ring camera mounts) dangerous.
• Result: In these instances, the remaining balance of the job will not be charged, but the $50.00 deposit remains non-refundable to cover time, fuel, and equipment staging.
