TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: December 22, 2025

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to WardRight LLC (referred to as "WardRight," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide professional "Last-Mile" technology installation, mounting, and technical consulting services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (wardright.com) and all Services provided by us. By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



2. SERVICES PROVIDED: THE "LAST-MILE" MODEL

Wardright LLC offers specialized installation for Smart Home and Satellite Technology, primarily serving Oklahoma and the Texoma Area.

  • Regulatory Status: WardRight LLC operates under NAICS Code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors).
  • NOT A SECURITY COMPANY: WardRight LLC is NOT a licensed security alarm monitoring company. We strictly provide physical installation services for customer-owned hardware. We do not provide, monitor, or manage active security subscriptions or police dispatch services.
  • Last-Mile Focus: We specialize in the physical mounting and technical "onboarding" of customer-provided hardware (Starlink, TV Mounts, Cameras).
  • Hardware Ownership: We do not sell hardware; all devices must be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.



3. USER ACCOUNTS AND BOOKINGS

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information for service addresses and contact details.
  • Bookings: When you make a booking, you agree to pay the fees associated with that specific service level (e.g., Standard vs. High-Vantage).


4. PAYMENT, FEES, AND CANCELLATION

  • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable booking deposit of $50.00 is required to secure any scheduled job.
  • Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide this notice results in the forfeiture of the $50.00 deposit.
  • No-Show Policy: A No-Show is declared if the client is unreachable 45 minutes after the scheduled start time. The deposit will be forfeited.
  • Technician Right of Refusal: Our technicians' safety is paramount. The Technician reserves the absolute right to cease work if:
    • Weather conditions (high winds/lightning) make high-vantage ladder work unsafe.
    • The environment or behavior of others on-site is deemed threatening.
    • Pets are not secured as per our Animal Restraint Policy.
    • In these events, the $50.00 deposit remains non-refundable to cover travel and time.



5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, its content, and any custom configuration advice provided to you remain the intellectual property of Wardright LLC.



6. USER CONDUCT

You agree to provide a safe working environment, including securing all pets and ensuring a clear, safe path for ladder placement.



7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: HARDWARE & CONNECTIVITY

  • "As Is" Service: Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
  • Hardware Failures: Wardright is not liable for manufacturer defects in Starlink, Blink, Ring, or other customer-provided hardware. If a device is Dead on Arrival (DOA), labor fees for the installation attempt still apply.
  • Connectivity: We do not warrant the speed of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the signal strength of your Wi-Fi environment, though we will provide "Last-Mile" optimization where possible.



8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Wardright LLC be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, including any signal interruptions or third-party hardware failures.



9. PROPERTY MODIFICATIONS & INTEGRITY

By booking a "Last-Mile" installation, you authorize Wardright LLC to make necessary modifications to your property (e.g., drilling into masonry or siding). We use professional All-Weather Sealant and Structural Fasteners to maintain property integrity, but are not liable for pre-existing structural rot or unstable mounting surfaces.



10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.



11. COMMUNICATIONS & SMS MESSAGING

By providing your phone number to Wardright LLC, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) regarding your service appointments, estimates, and technical support requests.

  • Toll-Free Verification: You acknowledge that Wardright LLC uses a Toll-Free number (+1-888-340-WARD) for text-based support.
  • Consent: You agree that text messaging is an unencrypted method of communication and authorize its use for logistical coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
